Friendly vibes and decent stay
Had a fun weekend at this hotel! The staff were super nice and welcoming, and the location is spot on. Our standard double room was a bit basic and poorly lit tho, which was a bummer. The breakfast was good but it got hectic at peak times. we enjoyed our stay.

luxurious, luxurious, luxurious
The spa and wellness centre was absolutely divine, where I indulged in a fantastic massage that melted all my stress away! The room we stayed in was huge and boasted a gorgeous terrace that was perfect for sipping morning coffee while soaking up the sun. And let's not forget the swimming pool—our family had a blast during the float sessions together, making unforgettable memories!

Recommend it for families even with little issues
The kids loved the pool area, where they had a float session that really kept them entertained. We also enjoyed the family room with its spacious layout, giving us space for the travel cot without feeling cramped.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but honestly, still acceptable.

We had a blast on our group trip! The facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool and the activities organized by the entertainment team. We played at Fairhaven Golf Club and the renowned Royal Lytham, making it an unforgettable golf break. Perfect setting for friends to unwind and have fun together!
The only downside was the breakfast area feeling a bit cramped and not the cleanest. We came across chipped cups and cracked teapots which was disappointing during our morning meals.

Consider enjoying a quieter evening by exploring the cinema's family-friendly schedule, which offers fun films for all ages and is less hectic than other hotel areas.

The ground floor accommodations lack any sort of view, which can be a drag if you’re hoping for something scenic. There were also several instances of noise disturbances from nearby areas, including early morning sounds that made sleep a bit tricky. management could improve the communication regarding the pool schedule for swim lessons to avoid any unexpected interruptions. The bar prices struck me as a bit steep, and I'd suggest looking for ways to make drinks more affordable to draw in more guests.

We had a fantastic stay as a large family, including our three dogs! The kids absolutely loved the pool where there were no restrictions on when they could swim. The hotel provided endless entertainment and activities, making it a perfect spot for our gathering.
In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process felt a bit rushed. Having a detailed explanation of facilities and services would be a great addition for families with children.

Just a reliable pick for a brief pause in Lytham St Annes with good price-value balance. The food was excellent, a high quality, with great service during our stay. If you go, maybe check out the pool area as it can get busy right at check-in time.
